I order family pack rosted chicken. My location naduvannur. The telephone answering guys saying ok naduvannur the our free delivery point boundaries. We are proper naduvannur may answer, he said ok unfortunately he added 40 rs for delivery charged this is magical business dear, and he don't delivery French fries.... I'm totally disappointed your attitude and business. Food: 1 Service: 1

The worst service i have got in my life. Nothing more to describe. When the table was getting cleaned in front of me, I had a very bad odour, feels like the cloth haven't seen water in years. And the service guy was not able to reach every table. I had to wait around 1 hour in total to get the 159rs combo and when i ordered an extra piece. It took almost 30 minutes to get that. They even try to ignore the customer. Very improper handling. Either the staff count is very low or they are behaving it like this. Very bad experience.
