An old structure, very close to Colva Beach on Goa, on only ground floor, consisting of four 2-bed/ 4-bed rooms. Convenient for 2-8 persons. Believe, most of the time, it is occupied by foreigners on long term basis.Rooms are very basic, with an AC, and attached baths. No TVs. Wardrobes are old but functional. There is a Restaurant with 8-10 tables, serving basic food and limited alcohol selection. There is an uncovered and unsecured roadside parking for 4-5 cars.The owner also runs two beachside shacks, serving food and drinks, which appear to be quite popular. The operator is very friendly and caring.The biggest plus point is that it is located almost bang on the beautiful, serene and uncrowded Beach- an extension of Colva Beach, running a few kilometers on either side...!If you are looking for a calm, quiet and leisurely time with your friends/ family on an uncrowded beach, this is a very good choice. As it is, South Goa attracts such discerning crowd, and this fits the bill perfectly.
