Fine Dining, Fine Veg!The famous brand Quattro Ristorante has launched in Namma Bengaluru. And it was a fantastic experience!Located in the plush neighborhood of Richmond Town, this restaurant has valet parking available. The aesthetics of the Quattro Ristorante relaxes us and makes us commune with nature. The decor is nothing short of stunning with the space available. There is a spot in the sun covered with glass and with air-conditioning. Yes it's not a typo. There is a spot in the sun ... !We had the much acclaimed Soups - the Broccoli Cheese and the Minestrone Tea. The Broccoli soup was one the best Veg soups I have tasted. The tea flavoured Minestrone soup was quite an experience to brew. Sipped on a beautiful very strong Passion fruit Margarita. Do try it!We had the Chilled Melon and Feta salad. This was different than any Watermelon Feta cheese salad in a wonderful way. Next was a live preparation of Guacamole which was delicious, served with hot fried tortilla chips. Now we know their secret ingredients!The dishes were so good, we thought to give to give the Quattro Formaggio Fondue a shot. And boy was it fun. Our little one loved the stringy cheese forming after dipping. We has the Spinach Riso in creamy cheese sauce for mains. We finished off with the Magic Candle for dessert. It has a white chocolate cover in the shape of a candle filled with chocolate brownie, chocolate ganache and chocolate sauce. It was divinely magical!This is the most fun I've had at a vegetarian restaurant. I loved the dining experience at Quattro Ristorante Bengaluru!
