The hotel has good power backup, hot water, wifi service and central heating. Although the wifi was not working due to snowfall. Rooms were clean and overall happy with the experience. Location is also good. They also do not have any person to help with luggage. So advice to management to keep a person to help the guests with luggage. Service: 3

A big thankyou to the staff and administration of the Renest resort for making our trip memorable. A special thanks to Mr Sumit Sharma, General Manager, for the hospitality offered by the entire Resort team. Starting with the till the last goodbye our entire stay was fulfilled with great support from an incredible bunch of amazing staff who were ready to serve with a special treat and warm smile. I wish the best to the entire team of the Resort. You guys are the best. I recommend everyone to experience this once. Service: 5

We had a wonderful stay at Renest River Country Resort, Manali. The location is a big advantage — just 2 km from Mall Road, making it peaceful yet very convenient to explore the town. The resort also offers ample parking space, which is a big plus. The food was excellent, with great taste and variety, and the service was truly amazing. The staff was extremely supportive, courteous, and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable. A special highlight was celebrating Christmas Eve with live music and a cozy campfire, which created a beautiful and memorable atmosphere. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Manali. Looking forward to visiting again! Service: 5
