We had a wonderful stay at Renest River Country Resort, Manali. The location is a big advantage — just 2 km from Mall Road, making it peaceful yet very convenient to explore the town. The resort also offers ample parking space, which is a big plus. The food was excellent, with great taste and variety, and the service was truly amazing. The staff was extremely supportive, courteous, and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable. A special highlight was celebrating Christmas Eve with live music and a cozy campfire, which created a beautiful and memorable atmosphere. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Manali. Looking forward to visiting again!

I recently stayed at your property and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience. While my overall stay was comfortable, I had an unpleasant experience at the restaurant with Mr. Sikandar. His behavior did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected, and I believe this area requires attention. On a positive note, I sincerely appreciate Mr. Danveer for his warm personality and welcoming attitude, which created a pleasant atmosphere. I would also like to thank Mr. Sumeet for his gracious hosting that made my stay memorable. In addition, I truly value the morning breakfast hospitality extended by Ms. Salani, whose care and warmth added a special touch to my experience. I hope you will address the restaurant feedback while also recognizing and encouraging the excellent service provided by team members like Danveer, Salani, and Sumeet.

Nothing was as promised. Only the lobby was maintained. They advertised stone oven pizzas, but there were none. The hotel room was old and poorly maintained. The curtains fell down, the bathtub had mold, and there was dust everywhere. After reporting this, we were moved to another room which no longer had a bathtub. Then we ordered beer, but it was warm and the bottle caps were rusty. If you want to have dinner or breakfast on time, this is not the place to be. Dinner is only available from 8 PM, and for breakfast you have to go to the lobby yourself to ask why the restaurant is still closed half an hour after breakfast should have been served. Even then, many items were unavailable. For €60 in India, you can expect a lot more. We booked via booking.com and were then ask to bank transfer half the price whilst nobody was there when we arrived

We regret the condition of the room and bathroom, and we are especially sorry for the inconvenience caused by the broken curtains, mold, and cleanliness issues. This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain, and we are addressing this with our housekeeping and maintenance teams immediately. We also apologize for the misleading food and beverage information. If brick oven pizzas were advertised but unavailable, that was a miscommunication on our part, and we’ll work to correct that. Serving warm beer with rusted caps is unacceptable, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention—it has been raised with our kitchen and bar staff. Regarding the timing of meals, your comments have highlighted the need for better punctuality and communication. We are revisiting our processes to ensure guests receive timely and reliable service. We understand your disappointment and appreciate you holding us to a high standard. For the price paid, your expectations were completely fair. We are currently undergoing internal reviews to improve the guest experience and facilities.
