1/5 — Extremely Disappointed! I ordered a cake from QALAA, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The cake arrived completely broken and damaged, and the packaging was absolutely horrible — it’s no surprise the cake didn’t survive the delivery. This was supposed to be for a special occasion, and it was completely ruined because of their careless handling and poor packaging. A restaurant that charges premium prices should at least know how to deliver food properly. I would never recommend QALAA to anyone who values quality, presentation, or even basic customer care. Totally unacceptable and extremely disappointing experience.
