The food was quite disappointing. It had no taste and felt very bland overall. The dishes lacked seasoning and flavour, and nothing really stood out. Definitely expected better. Would appreciate improvement in taste and quality. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

We recently organised a special family dinner of about 20 people at Pyramisa on 2nd December, and we absolutely loved it! Right from the initial planning stages, the experience was seamless. The team helped us with a thoughtful pre-menu selection, and on the day of the dinner, we were allotted a cosy corner section which made the celebration feel private and special. The food was outstanding - every dish was served with great care and attention. A special shout-out to the Mutton Galouti Kebab, Seekh Kebab, Tawa Fish and Chicken Tikka, each dish was flavourful, fresh and truly delicious. Compliments to the chefs Zameer, Ismail, Naveed, Kasim and Manoj for their wonderful culinary expertise! The service truly elevated the evening. Moumita, Sonkha, Roshan, Babu, Rahul and Nitesh were attentive, warm and incredibly well-coordinated throughout the night. They made the evening special. A touching gesture was the beautifully decorated table that they set up for our cake-cutting, complete with fresh flowers which made the celebration even more memorable. Had great experience staying here specially the staff was very caring ,taken care of each and everything I stayed here with my 8 months old baby but it was all very smooth. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
