Tried the Corn Curd Hot Garlic at China Grill and it was really good. Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and coated in that spicy garlic sauce that hits just right. The garlic flavour comes through nicely without being overpowering, and the chillies give it a proper kick. It’s one of those dishes you keep picking at even when you’re full. Simple, flavourful, and done well. Would definitely order it again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
