Must visit this place 1. The litti had a well-roasted, golden-brown exterior with a slightly charred texture, adding a smoky depth to the flavor. 2. The filling inside was soft, moist, and well-spiced, with a balanced taste of sattu (roasted gram flour), mustard oil, and traditional seasonings. It wasn’t dry at all, which made every bite enjoyable. Ghee smell was too good . 3. The chokha (mashed brinjal, potato, and tomato mix) was incredibly smooth, flavorful, and well-blended. 4. It had a rich, earthy taste with a hint of mustard oil and spices, making it the perfect complement to the litti. 5. The consistency was just right-not too thick or watery, which made it very satisfying. 6. Overall, the meal was delicious and comforting, with an authentic Bihari taste. 7. It’s the kind of food that makes you want to keep coming back. If someone is in Patna and craving authentic Litti Chokha, Purani Dukaan is definitely worth a visit!
