Poor Toilet condition & Higine Condition . Followings Things to noted and should be taken care of : 1. Toilets of both men & women must be clean . 2. They have only one toilet for 100 plus passengers sitting capacity. 3.Staff behavior must be good.

Very rude behaviour of staff. Unethical behaviour. Treat customer's like beggars. Never suggest anyone to stay here.

Prominent place.. Soothing ambience. But all amenities at Executive Lounge go in vain due the behaviour of a staff Mr. Amit. The behaviour of Mr. Amit with customers is pathetic. He has too much arrogance as he is the railway minister himself and doing mercy on customer by giving them sitting spaces. However the customers paying hefty money for the stay due to the location only. I think Mr. Amit has no manner to even talk to customers. The owner of Gargee Executive Lounge may teach hum some lesson to behave properly with customers. Other staff are very kind specially the girl at counter. Thanks Mr. Amit for spoiling my mood.
