Visited Punjabi Dhaba this afternoon with a friend, and I have to say – it was a really satisfying experience. The place is small and simple, nothing fancy, just a few tables and basic seating. But sometimes, that’s all you need when the food speaks for itself. We ordered: Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani and Egg Fried Rice The biryani was full of flavor. The rice was aromatic, the chicken was soft and well-cooked, and the spices had that proper Hyderabadi punch – not too spicy, just enough to enjoy every bite. The raita served alongside was cool and refreshing, which balanced the heat of the biryani perfectly. The egg fried rice was also really good – not too oily, and the egg was nicely scrambled and mixed through. It had that slightly garlicky, street-style taste we were hoping for. Simple, but satisfying. The place was a bit tight in terms of space, and yes, the service took a little time – but nothing too bothersome. Once the food arrived, we didn’t mind waiting. Prices are also very reasonable. For just under ₹300, two of us had a good, filling lunch – which is rare these days. If you're in the area and looking for a spot with good taste and homely vibes, Punjabi Dhaba is a solid choice. Don’t expect luxury – just expect good, honest food that hits the spot. Would definitely go back again for a quick, flavourful meal.
