We waited for 10-15 mins in waiting area. Waiter was not caring whether we are having a proper seat to sit or not. Sorry Punjabi Chap but not at all the good experience with you.

Hi Usha ji... We have very limited place and sometimes during peak hours its not possible to pay attention personally to each one. Kindly understand weekends are usually busy and today being festival time. Kindly seek help from service or at counter to take information on timelines.. I appreciate your time but wish always for cooperation and not having a perception.
