I recently visited waffles & more to try their mixed sauce pasta, but the experience was disappointing. 1. Pasta Quality: The mixed sauce pasta (red and white sauce with cheese) was a letdown. It had a strange, unpleasant smell that made it difficult to eat, and I couldn’t finish it. The taste was subpar, the veggies were undercooked, and the dish looked nothing like the menu photo. 2. Service: Service was extremely slow. Despite having three ACs, none were operational, making the environment uncomfortable. 3. Hygiene: No napkins were provided, and hygiene was poor. To top it off, cleaners started wiping benches near me while I was eating, forcing me to stop my meal. 4. Pricing: The prices were excessively high for such low-quality food and service.
