Dear Cafe Coffee Day Team, I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a serious issue I experienced at your Punjagutta Next Galleria Mall, Hyderabad outlet today, 1st September 2025 around 5:00 PM. I had ordered a coffee, and while placing the order, the staff did not request payment. Later, when I went to make the payment, the staff member, Ms. Bussa Navaneetha, asked me to transfer the money to her personal mobile number instead of the official billing system. When I requested a proper bill, she stated that the server was down and initially refused to provide a bill, insisting that all customers were being asked to pay via her personal number. Upon questioning further, she became argumentative and disrespectful. Only after repeated requests and strong insistence did she finally issue me a valid bill, while also requesting me not to raise a complaint. This raises serious concerns regarding: • Transparency of billing and payment handling • Possible misuse of personal accounts for business transactions • Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior towards customers I am attaching the bill details for your reference. I request you to investigate this matter at the earliest and take strict action to ensure such incidents do not recur, as they directly impact customer trust and the reputation of Cafe Coffee Day.
