I visited Pune Gate with my family for my wife's birthday dinner. Location is convenient, right next to Bhakti Shakti, well-connected by road. The ambience is scenic and nice, with a water fountain and a small stage for birthdays or anniversaries (advance booking may be needed—contact the team to confirm). Now, the food experience was disappointing. The kababs were undercooked and chewy, with an overpowering spice taste. The chicken dish seemed overboiled and drenched in gravy. The only good item was the chicken soup. On the bright side, prices are pocket-friendly. Recommendation: If you’re looking for a romantic ambience but not focused on food quality, this place works. Otherwise, there are better dining options nearby.
