Biased staff with callous attitude. Weekend family dinner while watching IPL was the plan which turned awry because of the staff behaviour. Upon arrival with family, was informed wait time is 15 minutes as there is one family ahead of us in the wait queue. As the wait time was getting longer and the kids were hungry, ordered blueberry cheese cake which was OK. Informed staff available that we need sofa seats as the kids want to enjoy IPL match as well. Also, informed them that we have done the reservation via Swiggy ( which on a hindsight we found was probably not the best thing to do) Perhaps this irked the staff and they allotted the corner-most table with worst view of the screen showing IPL match while, the other sofa table available was very much available. All requests to let the kids watch IPL comfortably while enjoying their dinner sitting at the sofa table fell on a deaf ear. The same sofa table was later allotted to another guest about whom we were assured by the staff all the while that they are in the waiting queue after you. The worst part is when I told the staff (upon asking he mentioned his name as Veda, wearing a black shirt) that I’m going to post this bitter experience to warn other innocent guile guests like me about this discrimination and the ill treatment given to kids, he told us that he is the final authority in the hotel and doesn’t care much about online reviews as they have a solid back end team who would response (if they choose to do so) with a set response and the matter will be closed. We left the premise after paying for the blueberry cheese cake and keeping our self esteem intact. On the highway, found a good reasonably priced restaurant/dhaba with excellent food and fantastic view of the IPL match played on the large screen.
