We had the unfortunate experience of Proyal Restaurant & Caterers for a marriage function recently, and what happened was absolutely unacceptable and deeply distressing.Within hours after the event, dozens of guests started reporting symptoms of food poisoningnausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and in many cases, the need for medical attention. As the reports came in, the number quickly grew into the hundreds. It was horrifying to witness so many people, including children and elderly guests, falling ill due to negligence in food safety.Basic hygiene standards were clearly ignored. The food smelled off in some cases, and some dishes appeared undercooked.This was not just poor service it was a health hazard. We urge anyone considering this catering service to think twice before putting your guests at risk.Please be cautious What happened here was not a minor mistake it was a massive failure that harmed hundreds.
