Staff at the Edappal Chicking outlet are often glued to their mobile phones, completely ignoring customers who approach the counter to place orders. This lack of attention leads to long waits and a frustrating experience, especially during busy hours. As a frequent visitor to local eateries in Malappuram, I expected better customer service from a popular fried chicken chain like Chicking. I came for dining and ordered two grilled chickens, chicken lollipop, and French fries. It took almost one hour for the food to arrive, and even then the food was not cooked properly. This was a very disappointing experience.
