Proxy bar and cafe is an amazing place to satisfy all your cravings for drink ,food and music. The ambience of this place will make you speechless and this place gives you a fantastic vibe in the evenings. This place can accommodate upto 120- 150 pax at once in its beautiful and comfortable seating area. This place has a outdoor well stocked bar counter and fantastic music which makes the place lit at evenings. I was here with a group of foodie friends of mine for a dinner session by invite. The staff here are friendly and courteous. I had a pleasant experience at this place.

The concept of fusion food can rarely be claimed as one that was discovered “out of the blue.” In fact, the basis of many fusion dishes simply includes food that we have been consuming all along, however of course as individual dishes. Lately, chefs over the world have taken to create “fusion cuisine,” an amalgamation of different tastes, textures, colours and of course, flavour to bring forth a whole new dish. While food may be the star of a restaurant, presentation is a vital component of creating the right dining experience. Matching serviceware to your concept can have a dramatic effect and differentiate your restaurant from the rest. One such name which distinctly strikes the note in both the space is Proxy Bar & Cafe. Having an alfresco dining setup with catchy interiors, Proxy has a contemporary touch to it. Coming to the food, we started off with Kung Pao chicken stuffed in beetroot bao, quite a great take on fusion food; even crispy Prawns Tempura had the apt freshness served along with spicy mayonnaise. Next up, we got Tandoori chicken wings with spicy mayo, this one had a creamy sauce coated on wings that tasted absolutely amazing, however, Nawabi Mutton sheekh is something which was the showstopper, minced mutton sheekhs filled in with gooey mint cheese, top-notch stuff there. Even Chicken Tikka basilico with cheese dust was an amazing one with chicken chunks grilled on coriander coating served with mint chutney. From the mains, we got Pizza having Keema Matar & Four cheese variants, quite a delightful one with four cheese taking the upper hand clearly with the freshness of cheese making an impact on the palate right from the first morsel. From the compact bowl sections, Lemongrass fish curry with Coriander rice having a subtle tangy taste yet the freshness of lemongrass was quite prominent in the curry, lastly Railway Mutton curry was served with some crisp, flaky lacha paranthe, a desi take on onion-tomato based gravy which took us back to our childhood days, the rustic flavours of whole spices quite well infused within the meat made this dish a showstopper from the mains.Winding up with desserts which were totally a delightful view of sheer skill & finesse, Ice-cream sandwich having flavoured ice-cream layers in cake format, even Chocolate Garden with pour over chocolate sauce is a sheer treat for chocolate lovers. Lastly, Dodaburfi Cheesecake was presented, an amazing take on the classic indian sweet Doda Burfi wherein the sweetness was well balanced by the cheese.
