Overpromised, underdelivered. Management felt commercial, understaffed, and ignored customer voices. Not ideal for corporate events—overhyped and overpriced. Ambience is nice, but leadership fails to match the vibe. Not worth the package. DJ is like random play with no taste. Service wise - starters served on tissue papers and not prepared for 100+ corporate party. Poor planning. Starters served near gate entry to monastery.
