Great japanese outlet located on the ground floor of the Global foyer mall. The mall has ample parking in the basement. The ground floor of the mall houses quite a few Japanese restaurants, we thought of trying premium ichizen this time. While entering the restaurant has a nice Japanese vibe to it. There are two options for seating cabin and common we choose cabin seating . the menu is very comprehensive and took us a while to decide what to order . In starters, we ordered a salmon sushi roll and pork belly slowly cooked in a sweet sauce. in mains, we ordered a lunch set of chicken steak with rice and a bowl of curry Soba noodles. The pork belly was extremely nice and well cooked. It came along with mashed potatoes and a boiled egg . really loved it. The sushi roll was extremely fresh and the flavour was spot on the lunch. Set of chicken. Steak with rice came along with a bowl of salad, a soup and a desert. My kid really loved the rice and the chicken . Soba curry noodles were great, but not to our liking. The restaurant also has a wide variety of alcohol, beer, cocktails, and mocktails. The staff was great and polite. To summarise, had a great time with family, having lunch at this place.
