Kuuraku is hands down one of the best Japanese restaurants in Gurgaon. Thier Ramen and Gyoza are must try. All in, it is a good experience. This is probably the first time I am writing a review here without being asked to. To say the least, Kuuraku truly deserves it. I have been here a couple of times this year with friends, but yesterday I went there solo. I noticed the little things that this place offers for the first time yesterday. From the moment you walk in till the time you leave, the staff would be cheering on you like anything. I ordered my usual Kuuraku special ramen and teppan gyoza. The staff brought all my food with such excitement "MA'AM YOUR TEPPAN GYOZA". It Genuinely made me so so happy and excited for my food. I experienced almost the child like excitement when your mom gets you your fav food. This continued with every little interaction I had with the staff throughout the night. I have never been to Japan, but this is exactly how warm and welcoming I imagine it to be. I have interacted with the owners once, and they told me that they want people to experience not just Japanese food, but also the culture. They are doing a pretty solid job here. I absolutely LOOOOVE THIS PLACE!!! 100/10 WOULD RECOMMEND FOR FOOD AND VIBES!
