I was welcomed warmly at check-in with polite greetings. The receptionist was kind and helpful. They showed me both AC and non-AC room options, all clean and well-maintained. The washroom had proper cleaning, a bathtub, geyser, and dustbin. Staff even carried my luggage and brought towel, soap, and water bottles to the room. They offered me a discounted rate too. All the women working there were confident and independent. Overall, a great and satisfying stay! Service: 5

I wanted to give zero star Not for Family Stays I will say this is not a hotel this is a furnished guest house only Everyone should avoid this place please don't book as this is horrible place and conducted also. After payment they will delay you for the dinner or breakfast as they are waiting that you can cancel the order so that they can save money also. I have ordered one plate samosa they have given me 1 samosa with brown paper and tighten with thread they don't know what one plate means at least 2 Samosa and chutney. Service by Hotel Team - Uneducated staff is there they don't even know how to serve the customers Facilities - Zero they are not even providing basic kits for washroom. Food - Worst Experience Hygiene - Very dusty and unhygienic. Service: 1
