This is best place in ujjain to eat food sweets , snacks and fast food in ujjain this place is well hygenic and also nice service with good staff and i also forgot my phone here after dinner so the staff handed me my phone immediately I love this place for breakfast, lunch and dinner and sweets also..

what I experience today was extremely disturbing. While eating poha, I found a nylon thread—the kind typically used for packaging sacks. This is not just unhygienic, it's dangerous. When I brought it to the attention of the person at the counter, instead of showing concern or taking responsibility, he responded with a sarcastic smile and casually said, “Koi baat nahi, raw material nikalne mein ho jaata hai.” Such negligence and dismissive behavior is unacceptable from any food establishment—let alone one that serves so many customers daily. There were small children eating at the same time, and just imagining what could have happened if one of them had accidentally swallowed it is horrifying. Food safety is not a matter of chance. Management needs to wake up and take strict action to ensure hygiene and proper quality checks. Popularity means nothing if you can’t serve clean, safe food. Strongly recommend others to be cautious before eating here.
