PRABHAT in I had a very bad experience at this hotel in Jamtara. The staff behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. There was no regard for customer privacy, and I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where guest comfort should be a top priority. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and respectful environment Service: 1

Worst hotel in jamtara district. Staffs were not well behaved. Plz search for another hotel in city. Never book for any event specially for marriage and other events. Very very bad connection Service: 1
