Loved the Ambience, peaceful atmosphere, Theme of the Hotel is top tier, talking about the food Loved each and every dish from the Thali, behaviour of the staff was very nice, overall great experience dining in. must place to visit. Pathetic Service , Average food. Inshort, never visit this restaurant atleast for events. We prebooked tables at this restaurant for a event 3 weeks prioir to the event. During th actual event day, the service metted out was frustating. Only 1 waiter was serving 5 table comprising 21 heads. We had ordered mutton & veg Thalis for all.Half of items (dal,veg etc) came post 30mins of getting rice& starters. We had to follow up and remind them to serve items which were there in thali. At end, everyone did not even get all the items mentioned in the menu. They completely destroyed the experience of our special day. There are not sufficient staffs at this restaurant and all of them are poorly trained. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

If you want to enjoy authentic Bengali cuisine in Asansol, then go for Posto Rasjbari. It's a great restaurant with awesome food and good ambience. Staff behaviour is also very courteous. Overall a very satisfying experience. Food we ordered: Kochupata chingri ( signature dish/must try) Chitol macher muitha bhaja Mourola macher peyaji Rajsahi thai All the items were awesome. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
