I have recently attended a function in this hotel. Hall was nice and arrangement was done well and food was served with respect. But taste of all the items in the buffet was very worst not even matches the level of taste that we get in road side stalls except ice cream.

Last week i stayed for 1 night.. by mistake I misplaced the key tag.. they charged 300.. ever bother customer going to stay next time or not.. No empathy for guests stayed.. An incident i was observing at 9.30 PM.. any lady was asking help to get some medicine at reception.. he simply denied they are not allowed to go outside by management .. asked her to go out and get the medicine.. Hotels are ment for Hospitality... but here we cant expect seems Service: 1
