One of the best bistros in Madurai . I highly recommend everyone in and out of Madurai to try this bistro. The food was absolutely out of the world – every dish was cooked to perfection, especially the chicken steak which was incredibly juicy and flavourful. The quality, taste, and presentation were top-notch. The service was equally impressive – warm, attentive, and professional throughout. I really enjoy coming to Phil's Bistro. I was here the last time I visited Madurai as well. I had ordered the Mozzarella sticks today and my only issue was that there was almost no salt in the marinara dip. Enjoyed the rest of the food. Was one of our favourite places few months ago...but not up to its set standards over last three months ..food tastes bad and some dishes are not the same which we used to enjoy earlier. We aren't planning to come back any time soon again after worst experience of last three times.
Also to mention is staff behaviour, waiter doesn't know details of stuffs and ppl are rude overall to customers..
