Visited Poonam Pure Veg Restaurant with family. As shown in the photo, the place is crowded and looks popular — but the experience was very disappointing. My elderly father politely asked to use the washroom, and the staff refused without any empathy. This is not about rules, it’s about basic humanity and respect. A place that can’t show courtesy to an elderly person clearly lacks true hospitality. Food may be okay, but behavior like this ruins everything. Not recommended.
