Visited Ponram food square today ( 26.12.25) and had a worst service ever. We waited for an hour but and received briyani at the last 15 minutes. The strange thing,we didn't had a water jug in our table and was waiting for water about 20 minutes. I think visiting Ponram may be a fantasy and prestigious for more people, but hotel management should understand the people and should serve well . People paying too much money for less service is unacceptable at any condition. Personally , I felt bad today with my family and came out without having a proper lunch. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600
