My family of seven visited the shop last night. The ice cream tasted great, the ambiance was wonderful, and we left feeling satisfied. But soon after we all, except for my father in law who did not have any ice cream, started having GI symptoms, including diarrhea and abdominal cramping. Given the symptoms seems like there is poor hygiene being practiced by the staff and the establishment. Very disappointed!!

I recently visited this shop and had a pleasant experience overall. The ambience was fantastic– cozy, clean, and perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The service was good, the staff were polite and fairly quick. The prices were average, not too expensive but not super affordable either. Worth a visit if you're in the area and want to relax in a nice setting.

Best customer service and the best ambiance in pala. Especially the owners he is very down to earth and his customer service is awesome. The ice cream presentation and the taste is amazing. That man filled own tummy and our hearts. Thank you
