As usual this is the 5th or 6th time it's happening to me, I have told them to add a few sachets of sauce to my order which was 9 chicken strips since two 1 rs packets will not be sufficient, but to my surprise I got NONE, I mean not even the mandatory 1 or 2 sachets. I believe it's the STAFF IN KFC PALA intentionally doing this for their entertainment since I called them and have told this multiple times. Pathetic staff behaviour, NOT ACCEPTABLE.
