1. The gravy was given for the meals it was worst ever i had. 2. Vanjaram fish, there is masala in it, felt like ate the raw fish. I wanted to share my recent dining experience at Ponnusamy, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. The food lacked flavor and authenticity. I hope they address these issues to prevent others from having a similar letdown. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1

My recent visit to Ponnusamy restaurant inside the Ascendas IT park left me with mixed feelings. I had the pleasure of trying their mutton biryani and chicken 65, both of which had a delightful flavor profile. However, I was slightly disappointed as the mutton biryani could have been served hotter to enhance the dining experience further. One aspect that stood out was the service, which regrettably didn’t match the quality of the food. The service was noticeably slow, and this did impact my overall enjoyment of the meal. Punctuality and promptness are vital, especially for those on a tight schedule, and I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively to improve this aspect. Another area where Ponnusamy could step up is in terms of customer-friendliness. It was surprising to find that they did not provide an extra plate upon request, a courtesy that many other eateries readily extend. Given the location within the bustling IT park, where time and convenience are often of the essence, a more flexible approach to customer requests would be greatly appreciated. All in all, my experience at Ponnusamy was marked by flavorful food that showcases their culinary prowess. However, addressing the issues of serving temperature, slow service, and customer-friendliness could undoubtedly elevate this restaurant to a new level of excellence. I remain hopeful that the management will take these points to heart and work towards delivering a more consistent and satisfying experience to diners in the future.
