We went late for lunch so options were limited. But the shock was that they call this elite and the hotel reeks and i saw a cockroach running on the table. For a hotel that calls itself elite, i had expected more hygienic atmosphere. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Today we tried here. Actually food tasted good but then it happened to be toxic since we got stomach upset. Also we found plastic in biriyani and informed them. We didn't raise issue about it but after reaching home we went sick. Concerned person should take responsibility on food quality. People see the ambience and taste and step in with hope. Kind Request To Ponnuswamy Elite , Please dont keep such waiters in your Hotel. It spoils your entire hardwork. Hotel Waiters are very Rude And Attitudistic . They behave like they own the whole space. Waiters aren't providing Pleasant experience and not providing enough attention once food is ordered. There's an incident where he showed rude face towards them(they were couples) but Instant Different face with the table who came with a family. I have seen Waiters are roaming freely but not engaging to the table to ask for further orders or providing extra Rice incase of Meals.
