yesterday I had lunch at ponnusamy hotel at ampa skywalk. No one caring a customer. That's worst service of ponnusamy hotel.no one came for taking orders. still water.was not served until I am leaving after lunch.I thought ponnusamy hotel had a water scarcity.Later we ordered one mutton briyani, one chicken meals and two cup of ice cream.We ordered at 3.10 pm. Chicken meals received at 3.40 pm.Mutton briyani was served on 4.10 pm. I ask the waiter he told we forgot the order. Worst service in ponnusamy hotel. Bill was charged 700.Here after I will not go ponnusamy hotel. I will not suggest my friends also. cheap service
