I am writing this to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the unacceptable behavior we experienced at your establishment, Bar Playstation, on [19th September 2025]. Despite arriving with the intention of enjoying a peaceful evening, we were met with rude, disrespectful, and uncivil conduct from your bouncers. Their low-class behavior, lack of basic courtesy, and absence of common sense not only ruined our experience but left us deeply hurt and humiliated. It is shocking that individuals tasked with maintaining safety and order displayed such illiterate and aggressive behavior, completely disregarding customer dignity. This is not just poor service—it’s a breach of basic hospitality standards. We request that you: • Investigate the incident thoroughly. • Take appropriate disciplinary action against the staff involved. • Ensure proper training and screening of your security personnel. • Offer a formal apology for the distress caused. Do follow my Insta handle HYDFOODIE for more interesting food updates.Shall we begin...Good news for the people residing in localities of Uppal, habsiguda and nearby. We have a sports lounge finally. PlayStation sports lounge which has been opened last week is out an out sports theme lounge with kick-ass Ambience and huge seating arrangement. Never expected this kind of lounge in Uppal area. I was awestruck by seeing the ambience here.They have a huge seating capacity which can accommodate 150-200 people easily. The bar section here is also very huge. Even their music system is very good. We have snookers, playstation, foosball. Snookers are charged around 200/300 per hour according to the table. PlayStation is charged 200. Foosball is charged 200 per hour. They even have separate smoking zone which is very good.Now coming to food section. The menu here is very good and quitely reasonable. We had ordered a couple of pints, starters and main course. We had ordered chicken popcorn, kheema biryani, bamboo shoot non veg fried rice. Chicken pop corn was ok ok not an unique taste here. Kheema biryani was on next level. It was spicy enough n tasted excellent. Bamboo shoot non veg fried rice is a unique dish which I have not tried yet. It's a normal fried rice in which bamboo shoots are added which gives a peculiar taste to your tastebuds. Hope the service gets better that's the only concern.Well this is my honest review at play station sports lounge. Hope you all like it. If you are neraby Uppal or habsiguda do visit this place this weekend for good booze,food and good partynumbers.Do follow my Insta handle HYDFOODIE for more interesting food updates.
