Cost - High Portion size - Small Taste - Decline/Average Service - Good Ambiance - Good I have been visiting Palamuru Grill, Kothapet branch for past 2 years regularly. This restaurant was my regular go to place every week because of its non vegetarian food and service. But lately, the quality of food has drastically gone down. Right from onion/lemon salad to portion size everything looks like cost cutting is primary objective than customer satisfaction. I could see the change in food quality what it used to be few years ago, which made me to stop going to Irani restaurants like Shahghouse/Paradise/Shadab which are famous for non vegetarian food. My fav's were Mutton Biryani, Paya, Ragi Sankati, Gongura pottel mamsam, Bagara Rice with Natukodi pulusu, Boneless Chicken kababs and Haleem. But now a days the taste has gone down, and for better price very tasty food is served at Kritunga restaurant. I am happy with service from all staff who are friendly, Sunil @ Kothapet branch was my regular service capitan and always welcoming and smiling.
