We had an event on 11th January - Lohri exhibition by Nature's Grace at the banquet hall in the lower basement. The Operation Manager there Mr. Bharat was very uncooperative and rude. He has no right to tell me whether I should do an event or not. He refused to provide any services by the bell boy and said if you cannot carry your things then don't do the events. I think a strict action should be taken. In an hospitality industry, he cannot say so. He was least bothered how are things going to come down as I told me and my husband both senior citizen and help us out in this.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided during the Nature's Grace Achievers Awards and Lohri Exhibition held on Jan 11 at Hotel Zone. Despite hosting a significant event in the basement hall, there was absolutely no support provided for logistics. There were no bellboys or staff available to assist with carrying materials to the hall. When we requested assistance, the Operations Manager, Mr. Bharat, was incredibly blunt and uncooperative, stating they "cannot provide anyone" and we had to carry everything ourselves. Worse than the lack of service was the blatant disrespect. Mr. Bharat misbehaved with a senior member of our team, mockingly telling them, "If you can't carry your stuff, you should not be putting on an exhibition." The staff is rude, the management is poor. Not be considered for any social gatherings

Review for Hotel Zone – Jan 11 Event Extremely poor experience at Hotel Zone during our Lohri Exhibitionand Nature's Grace Achievers awards ceremony. The staff is highly uncooperative and the logistics management is non-existent. We were forced to carry all our exhibition materials to the basement ourselves as no bellboys were provided. A venue that lacks basic courtesy and physical support for its clients is not fit for hosting events. Avoid this hotel if you value professional service and respect.
