It is a comfortable and well-maintained hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean, modern, and cozy. The staff is polite and helpful. The food at the in-house restaurant is delicious, with good variety. It's a great place for both business and family stays. Service: 5

Very unfriendly and troublesome experience. I left my car keys in Hotel but reception/security refused to give keys to driver whom I authorized by registered mail and mobile in writing. They have adamant and unfriendly stand that physically to collect keys even if you are out of city / country. Authorization. Mail and message is valid authorization as per IT act but this hotel is above law in unnecessarily troubling customer. Repeated request to Om Veer Singh Chauhan (Security Incharge) and Hotel Manager Rajat Dewedi were of no use. The General Manager refused to talk as this is not an issue which is of his level. Rooms are small with very poor finishing. Breakfast is below average maybe of level of any 2 star property. Service: 1

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I would like to share that my team has clearly asked you to deposit your parking tag to take the keys, we cannot give anyone the keys without the parking key tag. Alternatively, the team has asked you to come physically with the original car, RC & driving license which should be registered under your name or you come up with a FIR which says you lost the parking tag and your keys should be given to you. It is a matter of grave concern where your car was unauthorizedly parked in our hotel parking after your check out and suddenly your driver takes away the car and then you come up with all the key based stories. We are simply asking you to present your original key tag and take back the car keys, we are not denying for the same but we should have a proof that it is your belonging. We cannot give you the car keys in any other situation excepting the above three. You are free to write reviews as per your wish, but we cannot deviate from our policies. “My stay at Nirwana Hometel Jaipur was extremely disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained, with stained linens and a lingering unpleasant odor. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, making the check-out process unnecessarily frustrating. They lacked basic courtesy and were unhelpful when I raised concerns about my room. Room service was painfully slow, and the food quality was below average. The noise from adjacent rooms and the street made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel failed to deliver on cleanliness, service, and hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.” Service: 1
