“My stay at Nirwana Hometel Jaipur was extremely disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained, with stained linens and a lingering unpleasant odor. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, making the check-out process unnecessarily frustrating. They lacked basic courtesy and were unhelpful when I raised concerns about my room. Room service was painfully slow, and the food quality was below average. The noise from adjacent rooms and the street made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel failed to deliver on cleanliness, service, and hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.” Service: 1
