I visited this restaurant recently, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Right from the moment we entered, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The staff was not only inattentive but also behaved rudely when we asked simple questions about the menu. It was clear that they were not interested in customer service at all. Coming to the food — it was a major letdown. Almost every dish we ordered was excessively oily, making it difficult to enjoy. The flavors were bland, and there was no proper balance of spices. Even the simplest items lacked taste and freshness. It felt like the food had been hastily prepared without any attention to quality or hygiene. The environment inside the restaurant was also not very clean. Tables were sticky, cutlery was not properly washed, and there seemed to be no sense of order or cleanliness in the dining area. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience — from poor food quality to unacceptable staff behavior. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this place. I have ordered crispy baby corn dry but it was paneer also I have said to avoid capcicum but they added capsicum as well. Taste was disgusting. I would never recommend anyone to order from pk biryani pot.
