We ordered 2 plates chicken special biryani chicken was very hard to chew and meat fibres got stuck in teeth. We left almost 70 percent chicken biryani it got wasted. Total waste of money. No quality chicken biryani they can cook. No response of queries from waiter why we left so much biryani. Total arrogant attitude. Never ever try chicken biryani. I am never going going to Krystal kitchen in future.

If you search best place for dine in the restaurant. Then gave priority to Krystal kitchen restro and cafe. The food was very tasty.
