The menu of Italian cuisine is recommended to taste at this restaurant. That's a nice idea to order perfectly cooked pizza Margherita, spaghetti and burrata. You will like its food, especially tasty Italian tiramisu and good ice cream. Based on the guests' opinions, waiters serve delicious margaritas, rum or ale. A number of reviewers say that you can try great tiramisu latte, cold coffee or iced coffee at Pizzeria da Susy.

In all honesty, I hate to be doing this, it is just not my style. However if there’s something that I have low tolerance for it is disrespectful service. Some businesses flourish because of their great food and taste, there’s no denying that Da Susy is one such place that became synonymous with great pizzas in Gurgaon. I recall how excited I was to try their food the first time. However, over the past couple of visits, I have noticed the staff’ (whether the restaurant manager, waitresses and waiters, the owner herself) behavior which is rather rude and uncalled for. There is a sense of superiority (which I am not able to fathom why it exists, considering hospitality businesses thrive to service customers great food and experiences). I reckon it is because the management now believes they are invincible, given their many accolades and positive reviews. I would like to share my honest review here: I think their pizzas are decent, but the quality has been impacted. The pizza we received albeit warm, was chewy, and not well-cut. The tiramisu was the saving grace. The service… ruins the experience for me. And their responses to reviews make it worse. There is a high degree of defensiveness in their answers, the owner/management also tends to get derogatory in their responses and it only goes to show how fragile their egos are. One can witness this wonderful spectacle in their Google Reviews, where she has mercilessly responded to me, even implying I have poor comprehension and grammatical skills! I encourage the owner and the management to reflect on their behaviour, and learn to take negative reviews in their stride. After all, they are a part and parcel of running a multi-store restaurant business, and I’m sure in the long run my one negative review will not lead her to lose business the way she seems to be overreacting to my responses.

When Google Business deletes harassment reviews which violates policy....aggressive people turn to Zomato cause - obviously - they don't do quality check (cause Pizzeria da Susy is not a Commercial partner) let's write again the facts: Customers coming to the restaurant for a take away order, manager at the door on the phone asked them to wait 2 minutes as inside was full. Customer answers "I don't wanna wait outside it's too hot". so they enter anyway and start complaining about the manager. nevertheless we take the order, make the pizza, give the same in 10 minutes, the same they said they always liked, and wrote negative reviews. End of the story.I close here my comments

Title: A Slice of Naples in the Heart of GurgaonRating: Review:Pizzeria da Susy is a culinary gem that brings authentic Neapolitan flavors right to Gurgaon. From the moment you step in, the warm ambiance and the aroma of freshly baked pizzas set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The pizzas here are nothing short of spectacular. The crust is perfectly airy with just the right amount of chewiness, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the Margherita and the Diavola, both showcasing the simplicity and richness of true Italian pizza. What sets this place apart is not just the food but the impeccable service. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about providing a top-notch experience. It's no surprise that Pizzeria da Susy has earned a spot among the world's top 100 pizzerias.A word to the wise: make a reservation, especially on weekends. The popularity of this place means it gets busy, and the team does an excellent job managing the flow to ensure everyone has a great time.In a city brimming with dining options, Pizzeria da Susy stands out as a must-visit for any pizza enthusiast. It's not just a meal; it's an experience that transports you straight to Italy.
