My experience at PizzaExpress was extremely disappointing. The service is downright pathetic there was no one available to attend to customers and even the manager seemed completely indifferent to what was happening on the floor. To make matters worse, the order delivered was incorrect, which clearly shows a lack of basic coordination. With such insufficient staff and zero accountability, the entire experience felt chaotic and frustrating. Definitely not what you expect when you walk into a place like this. Serious improvements needed in both service and management. Food: 1 Service: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+
