Pizza Express never fails to impress. It is THE place if you want to enjoy some authentic and amazing Italian food. They have variety of crusts to choose from yet they do not butcher the pizza experience with nonsense like “cheese burst”! We tired the Naples Veg Cabrese and the taste and the freshness just blew my mind. The cheesecake tasted amazing but we thought the texture was lost since the cake was refrigerated. The service was quick and the staff was attentive after a tiny bit of ignore we got for the first 5 minutes or so. (no biggie though). They have scanners on the table itself to open up menus but if you’re like me and prefer physical menus, they have those too and will offer it to you or you can simply ask. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I am utterly shocked and disgusted to report that I found a cockroach inside the pizza I ordered from your outlet. This is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that is known and trusted for its quality and hygiene standards. I had already consumed a portion of the pizza unaware of this horrifying contamination. This raises serious health concerns, and I want to make it absolutely clear that if I experience any health issues, I will not hesitate to take stringent legal and medical action. I expect immediate compensation for this unhygienic and appalling experience. I have also documented the incident and taken pictures. If this matter is not addressed promptly and appropriately, I will have no choice but to share the images on social media and take this up with consumer forums and health authorities. As a paying customer, I chose Pizza Express for its reputation, and this kind of negligence is completely inexcusable. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1

Had a great experience at PizzaExpress in Viviana Mall. The place was quite busy, but the service was smooth. Tried the Dough Balls PizzaExpress, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, and Ginger Fresca. The dough balls were super tasty – couldn’t stop eating them! The spaghetti was flavorful and well-cooked, and the Ginger Fresca was refreshing and calming. Definitely worth a visit!
