Very disappointing experience at Sbarro. The biggest issue is hygiene and food handling. Veg and non-veg items are kept far too close to each other, almost touching. For customers who are strict about veg food, this is unacceptable. Cross-contamination is not something to take lightly. If Sbarro wants to be taken seriously, they should learn from Subway, where ingredients are clearly separated and staff are trained to respect veg vs non-veg preferences. At Subway, you can actually trust what you’re eating. The pizza quality itself was average at best, nothing that justifies the price. When hygiene and basic food separation are compromised, taste doesn’t even matter. Overall, not recommended for vegetarians or anyone who cares about clean food practices.
