My family has been regular customers at Pizza Hut Thiruvalla, but today I was deeply disappointed with the service and the staff’s attitude. They were rude and didn’t even apologize for the delayed food delivery. To make matters worse ,they even left the tables uncleared long after customers had left. It was truly a bad experience. The staff showed no respect for the customers, which is unacceptable. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
