Worst customer service. I went into shop on 13.07.25 by evening. There were no customer inside n all were freee inside busy in gossiping. I along with some zomato ta swiggy delivery boys came to collect their order. The executives paid nk attention to us. You can check cctv camera i stood there infront of reception for order for more than 15-20mins. They paid no attention rather very busy in talking. I asked several time to place order but they didnt paid attention. I walked out of the shop by saying there are 5-6 free people inside bt still no1 to take order. Then too they not paid attention. They shown hand with much attitude to wait let our talk finish. Worst experience. Customer are the king as per pizza hut bt ignoring customer and hurting them was hilarious. Sry for posting this bt its true.
