Bad atmosphere, the AC was into the kitchen which caused the whole outlet to stink ,not just the smell even our eyes were burning. Not a comfortable atmosphere with kids and family. 20:10 pm Service: Dine in

Today we ordered three pizzas for takeaway. One was supposed to be Pepper Barbeque Chicken, but we received Pepperoni Pizza instead. Another was Spicy Double Chicken Pizza — as you can see in the pictures, the dough was not properly cooked. It felt like some toppings placed on top of a raw, bulky base. The Margherita Pizza was okay. We are from Kollam, where we usually visit Domino’s in Kollam, and it’s always been awesome. But the experience at the Thiruvalla outlet was horrible.
