Pizza Hut Roorkee is losing its credibility slowly but steadily. The products are already as per Pizza Hut Standards and are worth trying . It's the Service Quality that they need to improve. Ordered Oval shaped pizzas and cheese Garlic Bread. Pizza hut delivered the pizzas but instead of Cheese garlic bread they delivered what looked like a Cheese Covered Pizza base. Thankfully I ordered Using the Zomato app which had option to contact Customer support and they offered return of Rs. 81.92. Advise to All : If ordering from here, always use Zomato so that in case they send you something else, you can raise issue to the Restaurant since the Pizza Hut is always unresponsive of such events. Edit : Since the Store responded , changing the review to 4 stars. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
