The food served here was quite good and I really appreciate the taste and quality. However, the overall experience was badly affected because of the staff’s behaviour. The way they interacted with customers was extremely rude and unprofessional, which left a very negative impression. Good food alone cannot create a pleasant dining experience as customer service and respectful behaviour matter equally, if not more. It is very disappointing to see staff treating customers in such a ruthless manner. Basic courtesy, politeness, and respect should be the foundation of hospitality. I would strongly request the management to look into this issue and provide proper training to the staff on how to communicate and behave with customers. A little kindness and professionalism can go a long way in making customers feel valued and comfortable. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the service. If staff behaviour improves, this place has the potential to become a much more enjoyable dining spot. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was good, but unfortunately, the overall experience was spoiled by the poor service. The staff continuously insisted that we unlock our phone and hand it over so they could submit a rating themselves. Even after we politely told them that we would give a review after finishing the meal, they kept pushing us, asking again and again. This kind of behavior felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Reviews are meant to reflect the customer’s genuine experience and should be given voluntarily—not under pressure. Asking for someone's personal mobile device crosses a line and shows a complete lack of respect for customer privacy. Such practices can ruin an otherwise decent dining experience. I hope the management looks into this and ensures better staff training in the future. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I recently visited Pizza Hut and had a very disappointing experience. I was forced by the staff to unlock my phone and hand it over so they could give it to their manager for posting a review on my behalf. This is a clear violation of privacy and personal boundaries. Asking a customer to give their unlocked phone is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. Reviews should be earned by good service, not taken forcefully. I request the management to look into this matter seriously and ensure that such behavior is not repeated with any other customer.
