Extremely Disappointed – Never Expected This from Pizza Hut I had one of the worst experiences ever at Pizza Hut, and I’m genuinely shocked at how far the standards have dropped. From the moment I walked in, it felt like customer service was an afterthought. The staff was completely unbothered, the place was untidy, and the overall atmosphere lacked any sense of hospitality. To make things worse, the food quality was nowhere near what Pizza Hut is known for — stale base, undercooked toppings, and absolutely no flavor. It was honestly hard to believe this came from a global brand. This visit left me not only disappointed but also frustrated that a brand I once trusted could deliver such a poor and careless experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because if this is the new normal, many loyal customers like me won’t be coming back. It was fun to hangout at pizza hut with my family. My kid enjoyed it so much. The food tasted good. A Limited guest and attendant there at it was post lunch time. It's above KFC. The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the money. The texture was soft, and the toppings were incredibly flavorful. The service at the counter was warm and friendly. The shop itself was beautifully arranged, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The only small drawback was the ventilation, as the cooking aromas were a bit strong at times. However, this did not take away from the overall charm of the place. With a little improvement in airflow, the experience would be even more enjoyable.
