We waited nearly an HOUR for our order after we made the payment. When I asked the concerned person about it, they said that they forgot the order and asked us to repeat the order once again so that they can start preparing only then carelessly! Worst service. When we asked for a refund, they try to smug it off saying refund might take more than a week. We had to insist multiple times to get refund then and there. Even then, their response was so ignorant and negligent. Never gonna visit here again! Please start hiring better for service. These type of people and their ignorance is not acceptable at all. So disappointing... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
