toppings are improper, very less not at all looking like orderd item.. somebody is charging a pice of bread above hundred rupees should look loke worthy atleast.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pizza Hut on 15.08.2025 at 8:00 PM due to shocking hygiene violations and poor staff conduct. The staff was rude and dismissive while taking orders, showing no regard for basic customer service. What was most disturbing was witnessing a staff member prepare pizza without wearing gloves, right after touching multiple surfaces and the ordering system, without washing his hands. This level of carelessness in food handling is unacceptable and a serious health concern. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to induct strict hygiene protocols and staff training before this carelessness affects someone’s health. Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Something has got to change. These guys repeatedly provide bad service. They disregard specific instructions (that we pay for) when we place an order via Zomato/Swiggy. Around 200-250 rupees worth of stuff they did not deliver this time, and it has happened before. It's their responsibility to hand over the correct order to the delivery team, right? We're paying them, not the other way around! And for the record, the cheesy fries quantity is so less for the amount they charge. What you see in the picture was what was in the packing when I opened it -- like someone ate half of it! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Service: 1
